RefTrack Online allows you to setup multiple reports. Our online form builder allows you to create your reports/evaluation forms exactly how you want them. You can limit access to each report to the groups of your choice. Evaluations are one form of reports that can be used in the system. If you desire, certain reports may be setup so that certain groups can view a report, but not edit. Additionally, you can setup specifc fields that are hidden to such groups.

As an administrator, you'll be able to view all reports, and also fill out/edit any information if you desire. You can also tell RefTrack to pre-fill certain fields with data specific to the game for the report.
