RefTrack Online gives your users a variety of tools to allow them to properly communicate with their crew and the administrator before and after the game. The official will have access to all memos sent by you, a full roster list of the officials, his complete schedule with an easy link to email the officials in their game, and link to directions to each game site. The official will also have access to a calendar that will include all his out dates and the games he has been assigned. The official may also send you game reports and have access to any evaluations submitted on his game(s).

RefTrack Online can also be setup so that the user can request specific games that he/she may want to work. In this setup, you can ask all your officials to go in and request the games that they are available to work. Thus, when you assign the games you will only have to pick from officials that actually have the desire to work given ball game.
